What began as a private family life in the Czech Republic slowly revealed a hidden system of control, manipulation, and cruelty that went unnoticed for years. At the center were children who were isolated from the world, a mother who enforced rigid authority, and a woman pretending to be a child, a lie so convincing it fooled schools, doctors, and social services across multiple countries.
